Returns and replacements

A clear policy for logistical or analytical incidents.

Damaged in transit

Report within the first 24 hours with photos of the package and product. We will evaluate a free replacement or refund, without requiring physical return when damage is evident.

Wrong product

If you receive a product different from the one quoted, report it within seven calendar days to coordinate replacement and shipping of the correct product.

Cancellations

  • Before dispatch: cancellation and refund of the confirmed request.
  • After dispatch: reviewed under specific return conditions.

Change-of-mind returns

Given the temperature-sensitive nature and chain-of-custody integrity, we do not accept change-of-mind returns once the product has been dispatched.

Analytical defect

If independent analysis shows a batch does not meet the specification declared in its COA, we will review the evidence and, if applicable, offer replacement and resolution of the case.
